Yep, that is the Italian shoe designer himself holding up a pair of his famous custom Guiseppe Zanoti sneakers which he gifted to D'banj. D'banj posted the photo on his instagram page and wrote;

Barely two weeks after 32 leaders of the Peoples Democratic Party, PDP, decamped to the All Progressives Congress, APC, in Borno State, DailyPost has again learnt that over thirty campaign officials of the PDP, under the Mohammed Goni, 2011 Governorship Campaign organisation have dumped the party. The 63 members of the ruling party who defected on separate days and in three groups, said they moved to the APC because of Governor Kashim Shettima’s persuasive style of governance; his good management of the Boko Haram crisis and his landmark achievements since he assumed office. Few months after controversies trailed the display of President Goodluck Jonathan 2015 campaign posters in some parts of the country, especially on the streets of Abuja, a group, “Foundation for Empowerment and Uniting Nigerian Youth” has flooded the streets of Ilorin, Kwara State capital with the President’s campaign posters, canvassing for his 2015 presidential election. It was observed that the campaign posters were spotted at strategic locations in Ilorin Central Muslim Praying Ground and some other locations in the state capital. Some of the posters were pasted on walls along the New Yidi Road and some other places in the metropolis. The posters bear the picture of Jonathan, the map of Nigeria and a young man.
